ORDERS WITHIN GREECE
All domestic orders are sent via ACS courier and come with a tracking number. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address, as Zénaïs is not responsible for delays or lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders are sent via DHL or Registered Post Office. Please be sure to provide us with all the correct shipping information, as Zénaïs is not responsible for any delays or for the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
Applicable custom taxes, fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get specific tax and duty information. We apologize for any inconveniences.
CAN MY ORDER BE TRACKED DURING DELIVERY?
All orders have an ACS, DHL or Registered Post Office tracking number. Contacting these couriers and quoting your tracking number will enable you to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel. Please note for international orders – once parcels have arrived in your country you will need to track your parcel via your countries postal service by quoting the same tracking number. Also please note for international orders sent with Registered Post Office that long shipping delays may occur.
